If there are two things everyone knows about James, it’s that you’ll always catch him singing a tune somewhere around our home, and he is absolutely mad about Liverpool Football Club!
Recently, James celebrated his birthday – and when it came to marking the occasion, there was only one place he had in mind: Anfield.
James had been patiently counting down the days, and when the moment finally arrived, excitement was in the air. Accompanied by Stacey, a fellow football fanatic and support worker, the pair set off on a long-awaited coach journey to Liverpool, football shirts on and smiles all around.
From the moment they arrived, James was in his element – exploring the iconic stadium, taking in the atmosphere, soaking up the history, and walking pitch-side where so many of his heroes have stood.
Surrounded by memorabilia, trophies, and the legacy of the team he loves so much, James described it best himself: “Oh, what a perfect day.”
