Our staff are diverse in age, experiences, education and interests, providing our service users with the best possible opportunity to build bonds and connections with the people they will be spending time with.

Hand-picked to deliver on our commitments staff are encouraged to build on their skills and abilities. Encouraged to learn and grow as healthcare professionals everyone follows a learning path of mandatory training, including the Care Certificate, Understanding Autism Level 2, and Challenging Behaviour. For those eager to develop further everyone is encouraged to learn and develop their skills to grow in their role.

Having worked with Genhawk Ltd since 2004, Trish’s dedication and commitment to the business continues as she oversees the leadership and strategic management across both homes.

Harry has a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care and has built strong relationships with staff and service users at Genhawk Ltd. He supports the Registered Manager in her role.

Rhonda – Operations Manager

Rhonda has been part of the Genhawk Ltd team since 2010. Starting as a support worker and now operations she ensures the homes operate to a high standard of care and safety.

Keeley has the important role of providing financial, secretarial and administrative support to the Registered Manager, the Management Team and Directors of Genhawk Ltd.
