Our staff are diverse in age, experiences, education and interests, providing our service users with the best possible opportunity to build bonds and connections with the people they will be spending time with.
Hand-picked to deliver on our commitments staff are encouraged to build on their skills and abilities. Encouraged to learn and grow as healthcare professionals everyone follows a learning path of mandatory training, including the Care Certificate, Understanding Autism Level 2, and Challenging Behaviour. For those eager to develop further everyone is encouraged to learn and develop their skills to grow in their role.
Trish - Registered Manager
Having worked with Genhawk Ltd since 2004, Trish’s dedication and commitment to the business continues as she oversees the leadership and strategic management across both homes.
Harry – Registered Manager
Harry joins forces with Trish Patrickson, sharing responsibilities of Registered Manager. This role is designed to maximise the strengths and experiences of Harry creating a dynamic leadership duo.
Rhonda – Operations Manager
Rhonda has been part of the Genhawk Ltd team since 2010. Starting as a support worker and now operations she ensures the homes operate to a high standard of care and safety.
Molly – Programme Facilitator
Molly, a former support worker at Genhawk, will lead life skills routines, arts, crafts, and visits, creating personal development plans alongside key workers and families across the Group
Keeley – Genhawk Ltd Administrator
Keeley has the important role of providing financial, secretarial and administrative support to the Registered Manager, the Management Team and Directors of Genhawk Ltd.
Kirsty – Development & Wellbeing Mentor
From coordinating staff training schedules to managing service user wellbeing, Kirsty takes a person-centred approach to support wellbeing and training across both homes.
